While Monaco Motorcars makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, vehicle descriptions, pricing, specifications, mileage, and availability may change without notice.

Errors and omissions excepted.

Vehicle availability is not guaranteed until a signed agreement is executed and applicable deposits are received.

3. Deposits

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Deposits demonstrate intent to purchase.
• Deposits may be subject to forfeiture where permitted by law and contract.
• Specific deposit terms may be outlined in the applicable purchase agreement.

4. Service Department

Repair estimates are estimates only.

Additional repairs may be recommended following inspection.

Customer authorization may be required before additional work is performed.

Monaco Motorcars is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Supplier delays
• Weather events
• Circumstances beyond our control

5. Warranty

Vehicle warranties are governed solely by:

• Manufacturer warranties
• Extended warranty contracts
• Written warranty agreements

No verbal representations shall modify any written warranty.

6. Financing

All financing approvals are subject to:

• Lender approval
• Verification of information
• Satisfaction of lender requirements

Interest rates, payments, and approval terms may change until funding is finalized.
